In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "n786," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the n786.app platform, licensed under a valid international gaming licence.
• "Platform" means the n786 website accessible at n786.app, including all casino games, sports betting services, payment features, and account management tools.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the n786 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User on the n786 Platform following completion of the registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" means the actual PKR funds deposited by a User into their n786 Account and available for wagering or withdrawal, excluding any Bonus Balance.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit bonus funds credited to a User's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process required by n786 before processing withdrawals or awarding certain bonuses.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Balance must be wagered on eligible games before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency used on the n786 Platform for all deposits, withdrawals, bets, and account balances.
• "JazzCash" means the mobile wallet payment service operated by Jazz/Mobilink in Pakistan, available as a deposit and withdrawal method on n786.

By accessing the n786 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your acceptance is confirmed by the act of ticking the acceptance checkbox during the n786 registration process. You should not proceed with registration if you do not agree with these terms. Continued use of the n786 Platform following any amendment to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Users of the n786 Platform regardless of the device or browser used to access it, including mobile browsers, desktop computers, and any other internet-enabled devices.

Use of the n786 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the n786 Platform. This age restriction applies to all users, including those accessing n786 from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, and all other cities and regions.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, or contractor of n786, or an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You must not already hold another active n786 Account. Only one Account per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method is permitted.

To access the full features of the n786 Platform, including placing real money bets and making deposits, you must create an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your n786 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. n786 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must provide truthful and accurate information at all stages of registration and KYC.
• You must notify n786 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.
• One Account per person is strictly enforced. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• n786 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its absolute discretion without providing a reason.

n786 is required by its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification on all registered Users prior to processing withdrawal requests and, in certain cases, prior to awarding high-value bonuses. KYC verification is conducted to confirm your identity, age, and the source of your funds.

To complete KYC verification on n786, you will be required to submit clear, legible scanned copies or photographs of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back), or a valid Pakistani Passport (photo page).
• Proof of Age: Your CNIC or Passport serves as proof of age. You must be 21 or over as shown on the document.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation showing that the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account used to deposit is registered in your name.

n786 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until documents are received and verified. n786 will process KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe and will notify you of the outcome via your registered email address.

All deposits and withdrawals on the n786 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). n786 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider (e.g., JazzCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees independently of n786.

The following payment methods are available on n786:

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. n786 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are detailed in the n786 Cashier section of the Platform.

n786 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible registered Users from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion and the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance separately from your Real Money Balance.
• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are specified on each individual promotion page.
• Wagering requirements on n786 are calculated on the Bonus Balance amount only, not on deposit amounts, unless otherwise stated.
• Not all games on n786 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are detailed on each promotion page.
• Bonus offers have expiry dates. Bonuses and associated winnings that have not been wagered through by the stated expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• n786 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, particularly where there is evidence of bonus abuse, irregular wagering patterns, or violation of these Terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless n786 explicitly states otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are available to Pakistani players for personal entertainment only and may not be shared, transferred, or used in combination with any automated wagering system.

The following rules apply to all sports betting and cricket betting activity on the n786 Platform, including PSL markets, international cricket fixtures, and all other sports markets available on n786:

• All bets are final once confirmed. n786 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed in the n786 betting interface at the time of bet placement.
• n786 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet on any market at its absolute discretion without providing a reason.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to system availability. n786 is not responsible for delays in accepting live bets due to network conditions or platform load.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise does not conclude under normal conditions, n786's settlement rules for that event type will apply. These are detailed in the Sport-Specific Rules section of the n786 Help Centre.
• Bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the wagering and contribution rules applicable to the active bonus as described in Section 7.
• n786 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an obvious error in odds pricing has occurred.

All casino games available on the n786 Platform, including slots, live dealer tables, Teen Patti, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and game show titles, are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer streams provided by licenced third-party game studios.

n786 does not manufacture or own casino game software. All games are provided by third-party studios under licence. The rules of each individual game are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the game interface rules and these Terms, the game interface rules shall apply to that specific game only.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the n786 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one n786 Account, whether under your own name, a false name, or in combination with others.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with n786.
• Using the Platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in game logic or the n786 Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in coordinated bonus abuse, including collusion with other users to exploit bonus structures.
• Using the n786 Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime purposes.
• Attempting to access, probe, or interfere with the n786 infrastructure, servers, or databases without authorisation.
• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any n786 Platform content, game assets, or intellectual property without written consent.

n786 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any illegal purpose.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the User is under 21 years of age.
• At the User's own request, including for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.
• Where n786 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, n786 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and, where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, any Real Money Balance pending investigation and applicable legal obligations.

n786 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. Gambling on n786 should be treated as entertainment only — not as a source of income, a financial strategy, or a way to recover losses from previous sessions.

n786 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Account holders, accessible at any time from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your n786 Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been actively playing on n786 for a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Suspend your n786 Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your n786 Account with immediate effect. Once self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

All content on the n786 Platform, including but not limited to the n786 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of n786 or its licenced content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the n786 Platform for your personal entertainment only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, publicly display, distribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit any n786 Platform content in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of n786.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, n786 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the n786 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill.

n786's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

n786 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to n786 may be interrupted, restricted, or delayed for maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which n786 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions that cannot be resolved through n786's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable regulatory body.

n786 operates an internal complaints and dispute resolution process. If you have a complaint regarding the n786 Platform, you should contact our support team in the first instance. n786 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a full response within 14 calendar days.

n786 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, n786 will provide notice via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the n786 Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The most current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available at n786.app/terms-conditions. The version number and effective date at the top of this document indicate the current revision. Your continued use of the n786 Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
